The factory covers an area of more than 3000 square meters, with steel structure processing workshop ，membrane processing and aluminum alloy processing workshop.Guangzhou Jute adopts advanced design software such as Easy/3D3S/3D MAX/PKPM/GGCAD to design and model steel structure/membrane material, to analyze load and to cut the membrane material. Since its inception, Guangzhou Jute products has always pursued the improvement of production technology with the core of product quality. At present, we have plasma cutting machine / CNC milling machine / CNC automatic cutting machine / high-frequency thermocouple, steel structure annual processing capacity of 500 tons, membrane annual processing capacity of about 100,000 square meters. The company has a group of high-quality personnel who are the earliest in the membrane structure industry in China. With exquisite technology and solid management, the company can provide all-round services from project design, construction design, structural calculation to processing, fabrication, installation, maintenance and management.
